Jack Sprat Restaurant
Overview
Established in 2001 by Frans and Jen Weits, Jack Sprat is a Girdwood staple located at the base of Mt. Alyeska. The restaurant’s mission is to nourish and inspire guests through high-quality, seasonal ingredients prepared by hand. Under the creative direction of Chef Ryan Gelosa, the menu celebrates “Fat & Lean World Cuisine”—a philosophy that treats carnivores and vegans with equal respect. Whether diners are looking for humanely raised meats, sustainably caught Alaskan seafood, or innovative plant-based dishes, Jack Sprat provides a dining experience that brings everyone to the same table.
Reservations
Partial reservations are now accepted. While the restaurant still welcomes walk-ins on a first-come, first-served basis, guests can now secure a table in advance.
Reservation requests can be made directly through their website at JackSprat.net
